Directions: USING A SHAKER: Fill your shaker with 6 oz of cold water or beverage of choice (milk, almond milk, juice, etc.). Add 1 scoop of Diablo™ Lean Protein powder. Diablo Protein uses a blend of fast absorbing whey protein and slower more sustained release milk protein isolate and micellar casein.
